i snapped my back back farther than it is supposed to go 3 weeks ago. now when i try to bend backwards i feel like i am being stabbed with a knife?

Slipped disc: In your back there are vertabrae (bones - like bricks) and then there are soft discs between them (like the mortar between bricks) - you can slip them or herniate them when you twist or bend too far.
