2 days ago, i had a clean deep cut on the top/back of my thumb below the knuckle. it healed up but now i cant bend my thumb backwards. will i regain mobility of my thumb with time or is there anything i can do to help it?

If a cut is healed in just 2 days I doubt that any tendon or nerve has been injured so you will soon recover full function of that thumb.
