Likely: Back strain. Limit your activity and apply warmth or cool packs. If you are able take Tylenol (acetaminophen) arthritis or Ibuprofen as often as recommended. If you fail to get better or have and symptoms of extremity pain or weakness or loss of bladder or bowel control, be seen. All the best and gentle activity only.
