Would like to know interaction between wellbutrin xl, pristiq (desvenlafaxine) combination and a supplement "visi energy" which has guarana and yerba mate in it?

Activation, maybe: Yerba mate might have an impact on your cholesterol levels, but guarana can be a potent stimulant simply through caffeine content. Sometimes people are excessively stimulated by wellbutrin-xl, so i would be concerned about increased activation (maybe anxiety) with the addition of guarana. Also the action of pristiq, (desvenlafaxine) especially its impact on norepinephrine re-uptake. Could heighten that effect.
