Seizure disorder: High dose Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) and wellbutrin have risk of seizure disorder be careful at high dose.

Activation, maybe: Yerba mate might have an impact on your cholesterol levels, but guarana can be a potent stimulant simply through caffeine content. Sometimes people are excessively stimulated by wellbutrin-xl, so i would be concerned about increased activation (maybe anxiety) with the addition of guarana. Also the action of pristiq, (desvenlafaxine) especially its impact on norepinephrine re-uptake. Could heighten that effect.
