A member asked:

Im 34 married women with no kids i've had 3 surgerys dealing with having kids i was toll i had a lot off scar tissue that was removed from my stomach?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Scar After Surgery: Any time tissue is cut, the wound healing process takes place with scar formation. This tissue is only approximately 80% as strong as the original tissue. Similarly, any time the abdomen is entered, scarring and adhesions (bands of scar) can form. This can sometimes make subsequent surgery more difficult and, if inside the abdominal cavity, can cause future problems. Sounds like some was removed.
