Likely from infancy: Probably for correction of congenital problem such as omphalocele, gastroschisis or exstrophy. I which case a pediatric surgeon, pediatric urologist or plastic surgeon could book this as a revision of original problem ; would be covered by medical insurance. Not sure about nhs in uk. A faux belly button could be made at same time. Enquire at great ormond st. Children's hospital in london.Good luck.
