Could be: But there are other causes of leg pain and if the repeat sonogram is negative i suggest you see and orthopedic surgeon and/or a vascular surgeon. One possibility could be a compartment syndrome depending on your symptoms.

Unlikely: Unlikely if ultrasound is normal. Could be due nerves, disc herniation of back or skeletal. You should see your physician.

Possibly: I would recommend another ultrasound to rule out a dvt, especially if the pain is worse. If its negative, look into other causes for your leg pain.

DVT is possible: You should make sure that your ultrasound includes the tibial vessels (posterior tibial and peroneal) as well as the calf veins (gastrocnemius and soleus). In addition you should make sure you do not have venous reflux disease that may also cause pain without swelling.
