DVT: By this time your clot should be gone. If you are still on blood thinners a flight should not be a problem. Sometimes after one has a blood clot the veins become chronically dilated losing some of their recoil (elasticity) and therefore blood return is decreased causing swelling. It doesn't mean there is a clot. However, you should get clearance from your doctor and guidance what to take prior.

Post thrombotic? : As dr. Glassman said, your clot should be gone by now but if you are still having a lot of swelling and pain, you could have post thrombotic syndrome. You probably need another ultrasound to check on the state of things and have a discussion with your doctor about graduated compression stockings, why you got the clot in the first place, your risk of getting another, and anticoagulation.
