Unlikely.: DVT ruled out by US. Take some form of NSAID, if you have no contraindications, and apply warm compresses.

See your doctor: At 25, peripheral neuropathy is unusual unless you have diabetes or have been exposed to environmental hazards. It would be important to fine the cause so proper treatment can be started.
