Yes: You need metabolic investigation. This should be easy for your pcp to DX and treat. Thyroid is highly suspect but he needs to evaluate you. Labs will be necessary as well as px and family history. If you need other labs to check he can order. Make sure you feel confident with pcp dx. If not get referral!
