Only way to: know for sure is with biopsy. If your doctor is concerned, he will probably refer you to a surgeon.

Second opinion: Hodgkin is usually in the chest and not the groin. But best to double check with your doc or see a second opinion. No reason to wait and be worried. Good luck

Hodgkin's: Hodgkin's is usually associated with systemic symptoms such as fever and weight loss. Lymph node biopsy can clear the confusion.
