Depends: If these symptoms were related to the medication you might try taking it with food. If this persists, see your doctor for a potential change in therapy, or for an evaluation to see if there is something other than the Azithromycin causing these symptoms.

Drug Reaction: Symptoms are consistent with a side effect of the medication. Usually, these symptoms are self limited. This means usually within 24-48 hours the symptoms resolve.. If more extended, see your doctor since this possibly may be a more significant problem. Adequate rest, fluid intake are supportive measures. Brat diet may be of benefit (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) until your symptoms resolve.
