About 5'6": In a perfect world, she would be 5'6". Using the midparental height calculation, this is the number that i come up with. Of course, nutrition, exercise level, and age at menarche all influence a girl's final adult height! the earlier that menses occurs, bone growth slows down!

Height projections: The common height projection uses the average parent height as a starting point and adds 2.5 inches for males, while subtracting 2.5 inches for females. This suggests a height of 66 in. This prediction is usually good within an inch for the majority of healthy people.
