Lumbar disc : Pid or prolapsed intervertebral disc is a herniated disc. Discs can be retained within the capsule or free fragments. Discs not causing debilitating leg or back pain can definitely be helped by physical therapy or pilates. Sometimes selective nerve root blocks can reduce pain so patients can undergo physical therapy. Surgery is the last resort. See your primary care for fatty liver.
