Keep it up...: Congratulations on being able to lose wt--it is hard work. It is very common to see people reaching a plateau after the rapid initial wt loss; the body is trying to adjust to the new wt. If you persist with your diet and activities, the body will adjust and you should start to lose some more again. Don't get discouraged. Having good health=lifetime commitment. Keep up the good work and good luck.
