Could be a boil: Would see a deratologist asap to rule out a boil/infection. May be just an inflamed cyst as well, but need to r/o infection.

Need exam: It is hard to say what yuo have without an examintion. You could have an infection or a cyst. See your doctor for evaluatin and treatment.
