Lumps: These could be enlarged lymph nodes, ingrown hairs or inclusion cysts. A physician would have to examine them to be sure. Absence of tenderness usually means no infection or inflammation is present. However enlarged lymph nodes are usually followed up to ensure there is no serious cause.
