Dental treatment: You have "tried everything" because it's painful? If this is the case, then even if the pain subsides after a while, the tooth may likely develop an infection. There is nothing you can do to stop that process, so the most prudent thing to do is to have it treated at a dental office so you can avoid infection and more pain in the future. If cost is a problem, try a dental community health center.

Call a dentist asap.: I hope you are not just afraid to see a dentist because despite of the technological advancement in dentistry for a great dental experience, a good number of people are still anxious to seek dental care. Most of them had painful experience in the past and will only be forced to see a dentist when the condition gets severe. Please go and see a dentist asap. Save your tooth.

See the dentist: Is one of the things you've tried, going to the dentist? If not, i would recommend that, because the only solution to fix a broken tooth or alleviate the pain of a broken tooth is to see a dentist for an xray and diagnosis so he can fix the problem. Could only require a simple filling or crown. If more severe, maybe root canal and crown. If it's broken to the point it can't be saved, then extracti.

See a dentist: It comes down to either your dentist fixing your tooth or if not the tooth may need to be removed. See a dentist for further help.

Self treatment: Self treatment is at best ineffective, and at worst dangerous. You can't fix the broken tooth yourself, and no pill, salve, ointment, or homeopathic remedy will repair it. If breakage due to infection (cavity), the infection can quickly spread to other organ systems. No way around it...you need professional care. Call a Dentist...NOW.
