-ve self-talk: 'All in my head' is a common unhealthy cognitive (thinking) style and can make the cycle of anxiety worsen. Once we change our thoughts, we can change our emotions and behaviors. Breathing exercise, getting into hobbies, meditation and spiritual connections, in addition to increasing your support network all all helpful. Cognitive behavior therapyis extremely helpful for anxiety and panic. Best
