I can constantly feel my heart beat but not in the right way it feels as if it is beating out side of my body and makes me feel ill sort of like a twisted stomach and shaky. should i go to a doctor for this.

Yes: There are a range of conditions that can cause a more robust heartbeat. Dangerous ones tend to worsen and make you feel short of breath, nauseated, and have low energy levels. Depending on how you're built, this feeling may not be a true medical issue, but since it makes you feel unwell you should definitely get it checked out in person.
