GERD/chest wall pain: A possibility is that you may have a hiatal hernia associated with acid reflux disease and chest pain due to esophageal irritation. If you work with heavy lifting may be chest wall pain call costochondritis. Also to r/o your heart a stress test have to be done. Talk to your doctor.
