If : No new dents and no evidence of concussion ( unconsciousness, memory loss, confusion, head ache ) and you have total recall of event, you are probably o k.

See Your M.D.: If the dent is not bilateral, not genetic, and you're not born with it, it can be caused by a traumatic incident.
