Blastomycosis: Per the CDC Antifungal medications are used to treat Blastomycosis. Itraconazole is often used for mild to moderat infection. Amphotericin B is more likely to be used for severe infections (lungs or multiple other body systems). People who don't present with symptoms may not require treatment.
