Any effective treatment for dark circle?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dark circles - eyes: Dark circles under the eyes can be a result of allergies and the resulting congestion in the sinuses that cause a back up of blood in the venous system in the face. Try some allergy medicines and decongestants to see if that helps you. Sleeping on a slight incline may help with "drainage" of the area too- one case where gravity is actually good!
