It depends: Just having those antibodies may be harmless. However, they can be associated with certain diseases; cause thrombosis (occlusion) of blood vessels, reduce the number of platelets (the cells in the blood that are crucial for clotting) and bleeding in the skin. Most depends on how high the level of those antibodies is in your system.
