Often - yes.: Roman (also known as english) chamomile (chamaemelum nobile) can be taken 30 to 45 minutes before sleep to help with insomnia. It tends to be more helpful with mild insomnia. People with ragweed allergies can experience paradoxical reactions when using chamomile to help with sleep.
