A member asked:

I take clonazepam nightly for rem sleep disorder. i only take .25 and was taking .5. id like to not take it someday. anyway, i am having trouble sleeping again. can i drink chamomile tea or will it interact? i dont want to increase clonazepam?

If you do possess a true REM sleep disorder, this can be a precursor to Parkinson's disease, Lewy Body disease, or MSA. Clonazepam is NOT my first choice. Instead, melatonin. See a neurological movement disorder specialist ASAP, and get a second opinion. No problem with chamomile tea.
