No processed foods: First thing is to eat mostly foods that come in their own wrappings (or peelings). :-) by this i mean no boxes full of extra chemicals like hydrogenated fats that your body doesn't like. Plenty of high-fiber, low glycemic veggies and fruits; lean, protein (grass fed beef, organic chicken, etc); whole grains & high fiber carbs (yams, beans, etc); healthy fats like olive oil, avocado, & tree nuts, .
