Yes : Contact lens use during pregnancy is certainly fine.

Yes: Yes but during the last trimester there may be changes with corneal curvature and tear film consistency. The patient may need to have the fit "tweaked" if possible or even discontinued. Breast feeding can also cause a need for reevaluation. Often this will return to "normal" or not after stopping.
