Can i wear compression sleeves on my arms during pregnancy?

Compression: If the compression of the sleeves is not too powerful and doesn't cause arm pain or hand swelling, I would see no harm as long as there is no history of phlebitis of the arm veins as you want normal blood flow through the arm veins.

Yes: If you have had no problems with blood clots then I see no reason you can not. You would be well served to check with your OB as well.
