Finding balance: It is generally safe, but will be hard on your back and feet. Your balance changes when you are pregnant, so in general, it's better and more comfortable to wear sensible shoes with support. Listen to your body as it grows and changes.

Relatively: It should be safe to wear high heels, especially if you are accustomed to walking in them. Early in pregnancy your center of gravity is still pretty normal so your balance is not different. As the pregnancy progresses your center of gravity shifts and sometimes that makes your a little more prone to falls. Just be careful and look fabulous!
