Is it safe to wear compression socks and other compression clothing during pregnancy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

YES!!!: I loved compression stockings in my pregnancy. It helps all the pooling of water and swelling that happens in your legs. Now granted they can be hard to put on when you're super pregnant (my hubby had to help me). But the support is awesome. Also okay to wear belly bands or other maternity belts. They help to bring your weight closer to your center of gravity, which helps the back. Good luck.
