It is possible: Most primary (baby) teeth begin to appear at 4 to 6 months and are all erupted around age 2 1/2. Of course there is variability; if there are extra (supernumary) teeth they may appear at unexpected times/.

Baby should have 1st Dental Examination at Age 1. A Pediatric Dental Specialist is an expert in evaluating dento-facial growth and development. Have your child examined to check to make sure everything's OK.
