No med right for all: Still, for my patients, i usually include regular Clonazepam in the treatment. I only use it routinely --not to chase panic, but to prevent it. Some drs don't like this approach, but we've been very successful with this as a key part of an ongoing regimen of meds and non-med approaches to anxiety/panic. We ultimately wean the meds without much problem.

Apart from Meds...: Suggest finding clinical psychologist who is anxiety specialist - someone who (a) uses behavioral & cognitive-behavioral techniques, esp. To help u build skills to gain control of anxiety/panic; (b) uses experiential & mindfulness techniques to help u identify & experience ur emotions as u're feeling them; & (c) uses techniques that trace roots of ur feelings & explore patterns in ur relationships.
