Anxiety: While there can be psychological reasons for lightheadedness, it is important to consult with an MD for a complete physical examination to determine if you have a physical condition that needs treatment. If this is not a physical problem, then it is advisable to consult with a Clinical Psychologist to learn how to alleviate this problem. Medication can also help, and your Medical Doctor can advise
