Check your diet: Some foods conatin high level of vitamins b6 and b1. Cod, salmon, halibut, trout, tuna and snapper; chicken, turkey, beef, and pork; bell peppers, spinach, baked potatoes (skin included), green peas, yams, broccoli, asparagus and turnip greens are just some examples of fish which contain high levels of b6. Eating vitamin b2-enriched cereals, red meats or leafy vegetables, you can get vitamin b2.
