Is it true that intelligence comes from x chromosome? if yes, would it be correct to say that a boy gets his intelligence from his mother?

No: Intelligence is a multifaceted accomplishment of the human brain. Several factors are involved that have nothing to do with either the x or y chromosome. Some of these include the learning environment, level of attention and desire plus repetition. Remember the brain learns by repetition so that it can predict and therefore understand.
