Five foot seven inches is a good height. Exercise is good for you, but it does not make one taller. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Myth. Height increase is possible until the growth centers in bone close which is is usually 17-18 in males. If you grew less than 1 inch in the past year you are finished. An x-ray of your wrist/hand could show open/closed growth centers to confirm this. You are at the expected final height based on parental size. No diet/exercise/meds/etc. will make you taller when growth centers are closed.
