Treat the dryness: Your second two symptoms may be the result of your first. Have your eye physician maximize the health of your occular surface by treating your dryness. If you resolve your dry eye condition, the glare and halos may dissapear as well.

Options: You need to have the dry eye adequately treated and stable prior to any other treatments. Once stable, if there is enough prescription to need an enhancement, then it can be considered. Enhancements are a very safe and effective means of treating any residual prescription and this should improve your glare/haloes.
