No: No, these vaccines are all dead biruses and not able to cause illness. Some fever, yes possible for a few days after shots, but full illness no. Just coincidental, or you picked up the illness from a sick kid at the docs office.

No: Unlikely. Some irritability, low grade fever, or mild pink rash is possible for a day or 2. Anything more severe should be seen by your doc. Some unusual reactions to shots occur, but are not common. Cold, flu, or “stomach bug“ symptoms are almost guaranteed to be from an unrelated infection.
