My son who is 5 has had two severe headaches that made him sick. they only lasted 30 mins and were three weeks apart at night, before bed. both days he had a lot of activity and not such a great diet. we think they might be migraines?

Could be: May be triggered by not enough water, push the fluids more. Also sometimes needs glasses, have eyes checked. Migraine is not common in this age so bring to doctor if it comes back again.

Headaches : Mostly likely migraines or a variant of them. I would want a CT brain to rule out serious causes of headache in a 5 year old. Hope that helps
