Knee pain: Get xrays and exam with orthopedic surgeon. Consider initial rest, ice, compression, elevation, purified omega, nsaids, pt/laser/modalities, possible injections of cortisone or gel. May need operative intervention if conservative treatment fails--check with your orthopedic surgeon.
