My mother age about 58 year she has severe knee pain as we consult doctor they said that fuild in knee is less because of that she is in total rest since 15 days even in rest she has knee pain please help me?

Your mother probably has osteoarthritis in her knees, which is very common. The only way to know for sure is to get examined by a doctor. She should see an orthopedic doctor to diagnose and treat her. Sometimes, injections can be done to help with pain and sometimes knee replacements are recommended. Best of luck to both of you!

Agree with Dr. Ferranti. I would add that total rest is not a good option as muscles atrophy quickly in older people and good muscle strength and flexibility is important in maintaining mobility.
