It is best : To have her checked out to err on the safe side , if she has not been to her physician. If negative, physical therapy may help.

Not lupus!: Many people are diagnosed with lupus with positive anas and joint pain. Your son's presentation is quite atypical for sle. My instincts say he does not have sle, he is male and young, which in and of itself, quite rare. I suspect your son has not been seen by a doctor with rheumatology expertise. This is clearly not systemic lupus erythematosis.
