Brain aneurysm. : Totally unpredictable. No one knows how long it might take for the aneurysm to rupture.

Unclear: Since we do not routinely scan people with MRI and ct scans of the head, aneurysm growth is a tough thing to measure. If an aneurysm is growing, it is best to treat it regardless of size.
