It is possible: A patient may recover completely from a brain aneurysm and the sequelae. Ultimately, you will have to see how the patient has recovered. Help with pt/ot and rehab are tremendous to get a patient back to normal. It may take some time, but it is entirely possible to have a complete recovery even if there was coma.
