Can someone explain the importance and reason for needing to take aspirin when you have a brain aneurysm?

Correct information?: This concerns me a lot. If you possess an un-ruptured brain aneurysm, why are you taking aspirin? As if it were to rupture, you would have a tougher time stopping the bleeding, which would increase your mortality risk. I highly recommend a second opinion to get this clarified, as you do not list any rationale for use of aspirin.
