Yes: If it helps relax you, it should be ok. Obviously this is a stressful event so it is understandable to have stress about this issue. Would also consider endovascular coiling as an option to an open surgery for this aneurysm.

Aneurysm rupture: Cerebral aneurysms rupture at a rate of 1-2% per year. High blood pressure and smoking can increase this percentage. Stress has not been shown to increase risk of rupture unless it elevates blood pressure. Anti anxiety drugs may improve your sleep and stress, but should not have a effect of aneurysm rupture risk.
