Yes.: Since guarana is also a source of caffeine the question really is does caffeine cause increased urination. Caffeine is a known diuretic - meaning it leads to increased urine production by the kidneys. On top of that some individuals have bladders that are particularly sensitive to caffeine and its irritative qualities leads to increased contractions of the muscles in the bladder = voiding.
