OK, but not best: Good for you -- flossing with braces ! the best care would usually involve one of the electric brushes with an orthodontic brush attachment. Also, the sonicare water flosser is becoming very popular instead of regular floss for these situations. Or use them all.

Yes: If a patient uses the most modest toothbrush well, oral hygiene will not be an issue. Electronic brushes can be great, but sometimes people feel that the brush does the work, and in reality if moved around less because of this misconception, they are no better served.
